We are proud of the quality ingredients that goes into our ice creams which we source both locally and around the world for freshness, taste and quality. This includes the freshest Australian dairy, in season fruits and vegetables, nuts, couverture chocolate, vanilla beans, premium teas, etc. Artificial flavouring, pre-made pastes or mixes have no place in our kitchen.
We make it the traditional way - everything is made from scratch and by hand in our fully equipped Eastwood kitchen. We wash, peel, cook, roast, and/or bake them to the right moment for achieving that rich, deep and authentic taste. Time and effort are taken to create and make each one of our flavours.
Our ice creams are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. It is high in solid ingredients, low in air. Every scoop taste deliciously dense in texture and rich in flavour without a throat burning sweetness.
